     Carmel Corn

Ingredients
24 C popped corn
1 C butter
1 t salt
2 C brown sugar
1/2 C karo
1t vanilla
1 1/2t baking soda
 

Instructions
Spray large foil pan with Pam,add nuts to pan if desired.Put 24 popcorn into pan.
Melt butter,add Karo, brown sugar and salt.Stir until it starts to boil.Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda stirring quickly. Pour over popcorn in the pan,stir.Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
Remove from oven and cool,stirring to break into small pieces
