     Pot Roast

Ingredients
Small bag baby carrots
3 medium potatoes
Rump roast
2-3 bay leaves
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
 

Instructions
Put washed baby carrots in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Wash and cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Put these on top of the carrots. Put your rump roast on top of the potatoes. It is a good idea to cut in half if it is good-sized. (Helps it cook more evenly).
Dice a small yellow onion and sprinkle on and around the roast (as much or as little as you want for flavor.) Stick 2 or 3 bay leaves in and around the roast. Can add salt and/or pepper on roast if you like, though I usually don't. Pour ½ to 1 cup water over all.
Cover Turn on low. In 12 hours you will have a yummy, tender roast and veggies
