Cook 3 to 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts on your slow cooker. You'll want to add about ½ a cup of water. Let cook 4 to 6 hours depending on your cooker.
Cut or shred the cooked chicken.
Add 1 can of low fat cream of chicken soup and about 1 cup of milk to the chicken (and the broth that's still in the cooker). Add a little pepper to taste.
Serve over brown rice.
