     Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, approx 3 lb
seasoned salt
Paula's Seasoning (1 c salt, 0.25 c garlic powder, 0.25 c pepper)
1 can beer
1 sprig rosemary
 

Instructions
Wash and drain chicken, pat dry. Season inside and out with seasoned salt and Paula's Seasoning.
Drink 0.25 can of beer and insert rosemary into can. Balance chicken on can and cook for approx one hour on indirect heat.
Internal temperature- 180.
