In a gallon sized bag, place chicken and taco seasoning and shake until chicken is coated.

Cook chicken in oiled frying pan until done
|

|
Line baking sheet with wax paper, place tortilla on sheet and layer with cheese. Cut tenderloins into small pieces and place over cheese.

|
In a food processor or blender, chop tomato, jalapeños, and olives until a paste forms. Spread on a separate tortilla and place paste side down over the tortilla with the cheese and chicken. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into slices.
