Ingredients
1 ½ Cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons cold butter
1 ½ tablespoons ice water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 

Instructions
Mix together parmesan, flour, chives, thyme, and pepper. Using a pastry blender, or two knives, cut in butter until crumbly.
Add water and lemon juice. Roll out onto flat surface. Cover and chill for at least an hour.
Cut into squares and place on baking sheet. Cook at 375 for 10-15 minutes until light brown.
