Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin
16 oz. cream cheese
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
4 cups powdered sugar
Gingersnap cookies
 
Instructions
In a large bowl beat pumpkin, cream cheese, cinnamon, and ginger with an electric mixer.
Add sugar and beat until smooth. Serve with cookies.
