     Teriyaki on a stick

Ingredients
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup or bbq sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
 

Instructions
Cut the round steak in very thing slices about 2 to 3 inches long and marinate them in the teriyaki sauce until ready to cook. Build a fire and weave the round steak onto long barbecue forks and cook over the fire for a couple of minutes. Prepare a second mixture of the teriyaki sauce for dipping the cooked steak strips.
