In a large bag, combine lime juice, tequila, olive oil, garlic, salt and italian seasoning. Taste, if to tart add a little more oil. Not enough zing, add more lime. Add tenderloin and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 - 5 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Brush grate with oil, place meat on the grill. Cook over medium heat for 15 - 25 minutes, turn once.
