     Cream of Cauliflower Brockley Soupe

Ingredients
1 pound califlower
1 pound brockley
1/4 cup margaren
1/4 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
1 small onion chopped
1 stalk celery,chopped
2 sprigc parsley chopped
2 egg yoks
 
1/2 cup creamlight
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Poach cauliflower in boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain. Melt mararine in a sausepan; add flour and cook, stiringuntil a smooth paste is formwed, Grasually stin in chicken stock and cook, stiring unti stock is smoth and thicken. add chopoed ham, onions, celery and parslery and simmer for 20 minutes, add cauliflower and cook until soften
Puuuree soup 2 cups at a time in blinder and return to saucepan . bring to a boil; stir in egg yoke and cream. Do not boil after eggs are added. add salt and pepper
