     No Yolks Teriyaki

Ingredients
2/3 pkg No Yolks noodles
1 - 16oz bag broccoli slaw
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
8 oz Lean Chicken or boneless pork chop cubed
2 green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Cup low sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
2 tsp cornstartch
 
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
Cook No Yolks noodles according to pkg adding broccoli slaw at the 4 minute mark. Return to boil for an additional 2 minutes. Drain and Keep warm.
Stir fry chicken or prok with oil in large skillet until lightly browned about 5 minutes. Push Meat to one side of pan. Add onion and garlic cook for 1 minute.
Mix chicken 2 Tbsp of chicken broth and cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Add remaining broth, teriyaki sauce and red pepper flakes and pour into skillet.
Mix all ingredients together until mixture boils and thickens
Serving Suggestions
Serve immediately over Noodle broccoli mix
