     Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 box large pasta shells (16 oz)
32oz ricotta cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups mozzerella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesian cheese
your favorite meat sauce or one large jar of spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook pasta shells as directed. While cooking; mix together the three cheeses, then add eggs.
Fill each shell with cheese mixture. Spread 1/2 of sauce in bottom of 9x12 baking dish. Place Place shells in sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
