     Fruit and Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
1 lb of Sausage
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped Celery
2 quarts Bread Crumbs
2 c. diced dried mixed fruit
1 tsp. Marjoram
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
1/2 tsp. Sage
1/2 c, broth (chicken or turkey)

Instructions
Broen Sausage in a large skillet and drain. Add in butter, onion and celery for 5 min.
Add bread cubes to brown. Add to sausage and toss until well seasoned.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
