Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork or Sausage
1/4 c. Butter
1 med. Onion chopped
1 c. Green Pepper chopped
1 c. Celery chopped
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can Kidney Beans
2 tsp. salt
 
1 (16 oz) pkg. Elbow Macaroni
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter.Add ground beef and sausage and cook until done.
Cook Pasta until done.
Combine Tomatoes, Beans and salt and spread in a cake pan.
Top with Cheese and bake for 30-35 min. at 350 degrees.
