     Ginger Creams

Ingredients
8 oz. of Shortning
3/4 c. hot water
1 c. Molasses
4 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp Ginger
 
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Add hot water to Molasses and Shortning.
Add Egg, Sugar and dry ingredients together.
Mix all together. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 min.
Top with a white cream icing.
