Ingredients
1 extra large graham cracker crust
1 8 oz. cream cheese softened
20 oz. crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/2 cup sugar
 
Instructions
Beat sugar and cream cheese till smooth, add pineapple and cool whip. Chill at least 3 hours.
Serving Suggestions
I add more cool whip on top and sprinkle with walnuts to serve
