     Savory Sausage and Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz)
8 med. green onions, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz)
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
1 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano leaves, chopped (1/2 tsp dried)
12 eggs

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in the baking dish. In a large bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into baking dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
