     Bacon and Swiss Quiche

1 1/4 Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. boiling water
1 pkg (6 oz) Canadian bacon, chopped
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4oz)
4 med. green onions, thinly chopped
1 1/2 c. half and half
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In med. bowl, stir Bisquick and butter until mixed. Add boiling water, stir vigorously until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom and up side of pie plate, forming edge on rim of pie plate.
Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and green onions over crust. In med. bowl, beat half and half, eggs, salt and cayenne pepper with wire whisk until well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake 35-40 minutes or until edge is brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
