     CAJUN CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lbs chicken strips
 
Instructions
Mix all seasonings and roll the chicken strips in this. Cook in olive oil until done 5-10 minutes.
