BROWNIES- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs and hershey syrup. Stir in flour and salt and bake at 350 in a 9x13 pan for 30-40 mins. Cool before adding cream de menthe layer. CREAM DE MENTHE SAUCE- mix powdered sugar, butter and cream de menthe until smooth. Chil to consistency and spread over brownies. ICING- Melt butter and chocolate chips together. Cool a bit and spread over the brownies. Chill in the fridge until just before serving.
