     Greek Pork Chops

Ingredients
1/2 cup of chopped seeded tomato
1 tbs bottled balsamic vinagrette salad dressing (like newman's own)
4 boneless pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick (1 1/4 pounds total)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herb (1 ounce)
Fresh Oregano (optional)
 

Instructions
In a small bowl combine tomato and salad dressing, set aside.
Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle lemon-pepper seasoning evenly over both sides of each chop. For a gas grill- Preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place on grill rack over heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until done (Suggest 135 to 140 and let sit versus recipe books direction of 160 degrees) and juices run clear, turning once halfway thru grilling. Slice Pork Chops.
Transfer pork to for dinner plates. Top chops wih feta cheese and tomato mixture. If desired garnish with oregano.
