-Chop all of onion and bell pepper
-Pour tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, half of onion and bell pepper mixture, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into soup pot.
-In large bowl mix groundmeat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt pepper, and garlic powder.
-Drain remaining onion and bell pepper and add to meat mixture.
-Form meatball and place into sauce
-Cook for 45 minutes
-Cook for 45 minutes
-Boil pasta and drain
-Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta
