In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine milk, egg and oil; add to the dry ingredients and stir until blended. Let stand for 5 min.
Transfer to an 8 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 to 35 min or until knife inserted comes out clean.
