     Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients
1/2 cup minced onions
1/4 cup butter
1 lb ground turkey
1 minced clove of garlic
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 lb sliced mushrooms
 
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Saute onions with butter.
Add meat and rest of ingredients and saute for 5 min.
Drain then add tomato soup. Simmer 10 min.
Add sour cream.
