16oz flour
8oz butter
4 egg yolks
2oz castor sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
 
Instructions
sieve flour, sugar and salt into bowl
add cubes of butter and make breadcrumbs
knife in eggs and water until it forms a ball
clingfilm and fridge for at least 15 mins
Serving Suggestions
lemon tart etc
