Heat about 2 cups oil in a medium depth pot. Keep oil at 350 degree temp.

Cut cheese into 2 in. long, 1/2 in. wide strips
|
|
|
|
Dip cheese into beaten eggs, then roll egg covered cheese in bread crumbs until completely coated.
|
|
|
|
Fry each cheese stick until golden brown(about 2 min. each side)
|
|
|
