Wash (don't peel) zucchini.
Slice zucchini into 1/4 in. lengthwise strips
Beat eggs and milk together in bowl.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs into a large bowl.
Dip zucchini in egg mixture.
Dip egg covered zucchini into bread crumb mixture until completely coated.
Heat oil in medium depth pot until 350 degrees.
Fry zucchini until golden brown
