1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice

2 med. red apples (diced)

2 med. granny smith apples (diced)

1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

4 oz. softened cream cheese

1 c. cool whip
|
| |
1 c. mini marshmallows
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Drain pineapples and reserve juice.
Place cream cheese in large bowl and whisk in juice.
Stir in Cool Whip and mix well.
|

|
Add pineapples, apples, peanuts and marshmallows to cream cheese mixture.
|
|
|
|
Refrigerate until ready to serve and sprinkle with additional chopped peanuts
|
