Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. In a shallow dish, mix Bisquick and peper. Into another shallow dish, pour 1/2 c. dressing. Coat chicken with dressing, then coat with Bisquick mixture, pressing so coating sticks to chicken. Place in pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake about 30 minutes or until jucie of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut. Meanwhile, cook corn as directed on bag; drain. Stir remaining 1/4 c. dressing into corn. Spoon warm corn relish onto serving plate. Arrange chicken on corn.
