     Caramel Pecan Rolls

Ingredients
DOUGH-
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tblsp. sugar
3 tblsp. vegetable oil
5 1/2 c. flour
CARAMEL-
 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 tblsp. corn syrup
1 c. pecan halves

Instructions
DOUGH- combine milk, water, sugar, salt and oil in pan. Pour into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle on yeast and dissolve. Let stand until bubbly (10min.). Add 2 1/2 c . flour. Beat on low 30 sec. then on high for 3 min. Knead dough for 5 min. Place in greased bowl and let rise 30 min. or until double
CARAMEL- combine all ingredients in heated pan on low. Mix until blended and divide equally into 3 greased 9 in . layer pans. Sprinkle pecans equally into 3 pans. Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Roll into 10X12 square Spread 2 tblsp. butter over each square. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll each square into log. Cut into 12 1in. slices. cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours
When ready to bake, remove dough and let stand for 25 min. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
Place cooked dough in pans with caramel and invert onto plates
