6 slices Texas toast

12 eggs, beaten
|

1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained

1 pint half and half
|

1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions |

|
|
Preheat oven to 350.
Lay slices of bread on bottom of glass dish.
Cook sausage until browned.
Mix together eggs, sausage, cream and cheese.

Pour mixture over bread.
|
|
|
|
Leave in refrigerator over night
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
