1 Chicken breast (deboned and sliced small and thing)
3 pcs. of garlic crushed
1 tbs. oil (vegetable)
1/2 yellow onion sliced thin
1/4 cabbage head sliced small
2 stems celery sliced
3 pcs. green onions sliced
salt, pepper, soy sauce (estimate to your liking)
1 can of chicken broth
Pancit Canton yellow or white ( both are dry and uncooked; buy from an asian store or Smiths)
lemon (opt)
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and put garlic, yellow onions and slices of chicken breasts. After a few seconds, put salt, soy sauce and pepper (measure as you like). After three minutes or so add chicken broth and pancit (noodle) separating with hand the dry ones as you put them in.
Stir. After the sauce is all over, add vegetables and green onions. When noodle is cooked (soft) remove from heat.
Serve.

Suggestions
Can be served hot or cold for any meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Microwaves well. Serve with lemon.
