     Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 medium bowl of cooked rice (can be leftovers)
1-3 eggs
2 tbs. Vegetable oil
3 Garlic cloves crushed
Slices of green onions
2 Tbs salt or as you desire
pepper (optional)
peas, carrots (sliced thin), celery etc
 

Instructions
Heat oil good put in garlic. Crack eggs in hot pan and let it cook like sunny side up, then start mixing the whites and yolk together. Put in rice and keep mixing. Put desired amount of salt. Sprinkle pepper (optional). After mixing around, put in slices of green onions and optional vegetables mix. Mix for a few minutes (waiting for veggies to soften), then serve.
Serving Suggestions
Good breakfast, lunch, dinner. Yummy with soda!
