     Fruit Salsa

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4-5 people

Ingredients
2 Original Red Apples (don't peal)
2 pealed Kiwis
2 small cans of chopped pineapple
2 medium size bananas
1/2 box of strawberries
1 lemon or a small bottle of lemon uice
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tbs. of sugar

1 bag of medium flour tortillas

Instructions
Cut up all the fruit into small bit size pieces. When you are done cutting up the apples and bananas pour a little bit of lemon joice over them so they do not brown as fast. Mix all the fruit together in a big bowl. Then add the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. You might need to add more sugar in the end depending on how bitter it tastes.
Refrigerate.
For the Chips-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix cinnamon and sugar together until it is a sandy brown color. Cut up the tortillas like you are cutting a pizza, lay them out on a cookie sheet and spray butter on them. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over them (the more the betetr) and bae them in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
