Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch baking dish.

Cream butter and sugar with a hand/stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 1 min. Add vanilla and stir until just combined, then, add remaining dry ingredients and mix on low until well combined and crumbly.

Press approx. 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of your baking dish. Layer preserves over this crush, make sure to spread evenly to all the edges.

|
Mix cinnamon into remaining oat mixture then crumble over preserves. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until fragrant and crumbs turn golden brown. Cool for about an hour. Cut into squares, and enjoy.
