Shred cabbage. Add several Tablespoons of Salt and mix in bowl. Let stand for 30 Min.

Dice and brown onion in lard.
|
|
|
Squeeze excess water from cabbage and brown with onion.
|
|
|
Boil noodles.
Add noodles and butter to browned cabbage and mix well.
Add a pinch of salt.
