Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pans, two 8-inch round cakes or one 9 x 13 inch cake.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the nuts. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients, then pour into dry ingredients and mix well.

|
Pour into prepared pans. Bake cakes for layers 20 to 30 min. Bake 9 x 13 cake for 45 to 60 min. Allow cake to cool then frost.

The recipe calls for 4 layers, and is put together with Grandma's Mocha Frosting.
