add first 4 ingrediants together mix together. add flour a little at a time add water a little at a time till not to dry but not to stick
split into 3 sections
flour table roll out let sit till they dry a little bit but are still flexable. roll up each section cut into noodle to whatever thickness you perfer. once all noodles are cut unroll noodles place in pile let them dry.
once noodles are dry you can bag them and freeze any extras you may not use.
