     Broccoli Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1/2 cup 8oz tub philidelphia chive and onion cream cheese spread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
2 pkg 16 oz frozen broccoli florets thawed and drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 thawed frozen puff pastry sheet
1 egg lightly beaten
 

Instructions
pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
mix cream cheese spread, soup, and water until well blended. stir in broccoli and cheese. spoon into 2 1/2-3 qt shallow rectanle or oval dish
roll pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to pit baking dish. cver dish completly with pastry. press pastry edges against rim of dish to seal. brush entire surface with beaten egg. pierce with knife 4-5 times to vent.
bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. ---this can be made up to a day ahead, just prepare, cover and refigerate.
