     Tofu Sour Cream

Ingredients
1 package silken tofu; crumbled
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of liquid sweetner of your choice
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor (with metal blade) or blender. Process at least 3-4 minutes, until mixture is creamy and smooth. Refrigerate.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over baked potatoes, Mexican dishes, or anything you like.
