Ingredients
1 deep dish pie shell (9 inches)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
15 ounces canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In large bowl, beat eggs and mix in pumpkin mix.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Slowly pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is baked firm in the middle.
