I cup softened butter
|

I cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2.5 cups

1.75 cups oats
|

1 tsp baking soda
|
| |
1/2 tsp salt
|

1.5 or 2 cups chocolate chips
|

1 cup chopped pecans
|
| |
1 cup skor bits
|

Instructions |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
|
|

|
Beat together butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla on med. speed until light
and fluffy.
|

|
|
Combine dry ingredients (not last 3) and add to creamed mixture,
beating on low speed.
|
|
|
|
Stir in last 3 ingredients. Drop by spoonful on to greased cookie
sheet. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Cool 5 mins on sheet then transfer
to rack.
