Preheat oven to 250 degrees
|
|
|
Pour raw, unsalted almonds on a cookie sheet (make sure the sheet has a lip around the edges, you don’t want the honey dripping into your oven)

|
Bake for 25 minutes
|
|
|
Remove cookie sheet from oven and drizzle honey over the almonds, be generous with the honey
Pop the tray back in the oven for 5 minutes
Remove tray from oven and scoop almonds into a storage container (before the honey cools and sticks to your cookie sheet)
Ta-da…that’s it!
Tip- I found that soaking the cookie sheet in water for about an hour made the honey residue scrub off without any trouble.
