     Honey Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
raw, unsalted almonds
honey
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
Pour raw, unsalted almonds on a cookie sheet (make sure the sheet has a lip around the edges, you don’t want the honey dripping into your oven)
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove cookie sheet from oven and drizzle honey over the almonds, be generous with the honey Pop the tray back in the oven for 5 minutes Remove tray from oven and scoop almonds into a storage container (before the honey cools and sticks to your cookie sheet) Ta-da…that’s it! Tip- I found that soaking the cookie sheet in water for about an hour made the honey residue scrub off without any trouble.
