1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1.5 cups flour

Cream butter and gradually add flour and sugar mixture. Whip for 10 minutes with electric mixer.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour or more for best results.
Spoon on to ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
