     Seafood - Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans cream of mush soup (or red.sodium soup)
3 Cups frozen peas
2 cans tuna (12 oz) drained
4 Cups hot, cooked medium egg noodles
3 Tbl. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbl. butter, melted
1 Cup milk
 

Instructions
Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna and noodles into a 3 quart casserole.
Bake at 400 deg.F for 30 mins. or until hot. Stir.
Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over tuna mixture. Bake for 5 mins. more.
Can substitute 1/2 Cup grated cheddar for the bread crumbs. Can substitute chicken for tuna.
