2 lbs. ground pork sausage (1 hot and 1 mild) uncooked
1 1/2 Cups Bisquick
16 oz Finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Roll into one inch meatballs. Bake at 375 deg. for 10 - 15 mins. on ungreased baking sheet. If baking from frozen, bake 15 - 20 mins.
These can be frozen still uncooked. Then cook when needed.
Each meatball is 85 calories.
