In skillet cook ground meat, garlic, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in jar of spaghetti sauce. Stir in oregeno. Pour mixture onto spaghetti crust.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer until melted.
Let pie sit for 5 to 10 minutes to allow slices to be firm.
