     Banana Bread

Ingredients
10 Tablespoons butter
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cake flour
3/4 cup plus 2 tb sugar
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
 
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease loaf pan with butter or pam.
Puree the bananas, sour cream, eggs and vanilla in a food processor
Sift the cake flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the butter and blend for about 30 seconds. Add the banana mixture and mix for 1 minute.
Pour in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until bread bounces back at the touch.
Serving Suggestions
Cool completely before serving
