Wash and slice the green pepper and onion.
Line the bottom of a foil baking tray with the pepper and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Lay the beer brats on the bed of pepper and onion.
Space them out so that they are not touching.
|
|
|
Pour one bottle of beer over the brats until they are just covered. Depending on the depth of your dish, you may need two bottles.
|
|
|
Place foil pan on the grill and cook until the brats have boiled and are cooked through. Do not pierce the skin.
