     Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups of velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
1 can evaporated milk (15 ounces)
water
salt and pepper
1 stick of butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain macaroni. Cube velveeta and mix with hot macaroni in a large mixing bowl. Cut 1 stick of butter and mix as well.
Crush 1 sleeve of ritz (or saltine) crackers in a ziploc bag. Mix 1 cup in with the macaroni mixture.
Spread mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour one can of evaporated milk over the mixture. Add just enough water (if needed) to come to the top of the mixture.
Sprinkle remaining crackers on top of pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees or until cheese and crackers are browned.
